We’re launching UOTech.ai, the AI side of the practice you already know as UOTech.co. We’d like you to be there.
The Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce is hosting it as a Business After Hours on Thursday, June 4 at 6:00pm, at Launchpad Huntington (315 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Huntington, NY 11743). It’s open to the local business community, and we’d love to see familiar faces from the network that got us here.
What We’re Launching
UOTech.co is the managed IT, security, and infrastructure practice you’ve worked with for years. The daily systems that keep offices, clinics, contractors, restaurants, and back offices running.
UOTech.ai is the same approach, applied to AI.
That means practical tools, built for the way businesses here actually work. No hype. No “transformation.” No pretending the technology is finished. Just the same calm, grounded approach we’ve always taken with IT, pointed at the new set of questions every business is now trying to answer.
If you’ve ever asked us “should we be doing something with AI?” or “is this tool safe to use?” or “where would AI even help us?”, that’s the conversation UOTech.ai exists for.
What to Expect on the Night
This is a Business After Hours, not a pitch. We kept it that way on purpose.
Here’s the shape of the evening:

- An open conversation about how AI is actually shifting the day-to-day for businesses on Long Island, what’s working, what isn’t, and what people are quietly worried about.
- Time to catch up with the room.
If you want to talk about a specific situation at your business, we’re happy to do that. If you’d rather just have a drink and meet people, that works too.
Why We’re Doing It This Way
A lot of AI conversations right now are loud, abstract, and disconnected from how a 5 to 500 person business actually operates. We don’t think that’s useful.
The businesses we work with want to know which tools are safe to use, where AI can save real time, what to keep humans in the loop on, and how to do this without putting customer or employee data at risk. Those are answerable questions. They just need to be answered honestly, by someone who understands both the technology and the way work happens here.
That’s the lane UOTech.ai is in. The launch event is our way of saying it out loud, in person, with the community that’s known us for years.
