Real estate IT,
closing-day ready.
Managed IT for brokerages, property managers, and title firms. Mobile agents productive in the field, transaction integrity at the closing table, and the document infrastructure that keeps tenant and buyer data protected.
Wire instructions verified.
Mobile agents covered.
A real estate firm gets paid on closing day. So does a wire-fraud crew, if you let them. We engineer the closing week with email auth that holds against lookalike domains, a callback verification path the firm actually uses, and a mobile-agent fleet that does not become the soft target.
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC enforced. External-counsel mail tagged with a banner the staff is trained to honor before they ever click a wire instruction.
- Callback verification on every wire-instruction change. To a number known good, not the one in the new email.
- Agent laptops and iPads under MDM. Lost devices wiped from anywhere. Same-day replacements onsite at a listing or at the closing table.
Renewals firing.
Tickets flowing.
Property management lives or dies on the platform that runs underneath Yardi or AppFolio. We keep that platform current, the integrations validated, and the workflows firing so the operations team focuses on residents, not on whether the renewal email actually went out.
- Yardi, AppFolio, and Buildium supported as the systems they are. Renewals, work orders, and resident portals run on a base we keep current.
- Closing-day wire defense baked in: lookalike-domain detection, banner injection on inbound counsel mail, and a callback verification path the firm actually uses.
- DocuSign and SharePoint kept clean. Closing packets, COIs, and tenant files filed where the agent and the lender can find them and the regulator can audit them.
- Mobile-agent fleet under MDM. iPads in the field, laptops at the closing table, all wiped from anywhere if a device walks off.
- Subcontractor and vendor access scoped tight. Inspectors, photographers, and counsel on the property they are on, off everything else, off the moment the deal closes.
Six things every
firm we run gets.
The same program every time, sized to the firm. Two-agent boutique through hundred-agent brokerage. Brokerage and property management, a couple closings or a hundred. None of this is an add-on. It is what managed IT for real estate means.

What buyers usually
want to know.
-
How do you protect against wire fraud on closing day?
We engineer the closing week around business email compromise (BEC) controls. Email authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) is enforced so lookalike domains do not land clean, mail from outside counsel gets a banner the staff is trained to honor, and every wire-instruction change runs through a callback verification path to a number known good rather than the one in the new email. The point is that no single email can move money on its own.
-
How do you support agents working from their phones and in the field?
Agent laptops and iPads run under mobile device management (MDM), so they stay productive at the listing, the open house, and the closing table. A lost or stolen device can be wiped from anywhere, and we get same-day replacements onsite when an agent is mid-deal. Identity and access follow the agent, not the device, so a walkoff is an inconvenience and not a breach.
-
Which real-estate software do you support?
We support Yardi, AppFolio, and Buildium for the property-management side, plus DocuSign for signatures and the closing-packet workflow. We run the platform underneath these systems: identity, network, integrations, and the SharePoint or Microsoft 365 surface that resident portals and document rooms touch. We keep that base current and the integrations validated so renewals, work orders, and portals keep firing.
-
How is the document room and transaction files kept secure and available?
DocuSign, SharePoint, and the closing-packet workflow sit under one set of controls. Closing packets, certificates of insurance, and tenant files are filed where the agent and the lender can find them and where a regulator can audit them. Access is scoped, retention is honored, and the personally identifiable information (PII) on systems we manage is encrypted with a New York SHIELD posture documented.
-
How do you handle access for inspectors, photographers, and outside counsel?
Vendor and counsel access is scoped tight to the property and the matter they are on, and off everything else. Access is time-bounded to the life of the deal, so an inspector or photographer is on the file only while the work is live. When the deal closes, offboarding takes under five minutes and the access is gone.
